These Terms of Service govern all orders placed through the Lyxxis Ordering Service. By submitting an order request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. All prices are final once confirmed.

• Payment is typically required upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the order discussion.
• Pricing is set by me and is non-negotiable unless special circumstances are discussed.
• Pricing is subject to change between orders — previous pricing does not guarantee future pricing.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Full refund: Issued if I am unable to complete the order and work has not yet started.
• Partial refund: May be issued if significant work has already been completed at the time of cancellation.
• No refund: Once a completed product has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind after work has begun.

All refund requests must be made in a timely manner through the same Discord DM used for the original order.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Real-life circumstances can affect completion time.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation.
• I will communicate proactively if a delay is anticipated.
• Products are delivered digitally via Discord DM unless another method is agreed upon.
• You are responsible for verifying the delivered product meets the agreed specifications promptly upon receipt.

Minor revisions to fix errors or mismatches from the agreed specification are included at no additional cost.

• Revisions must be requested within the 48-hour review window after delivery.
• Revisions do not include new feature requests or scope changes — those are additional orders.
• The number of included revisions varies by product type and will be communicated upfront.
• Revisions beyond the included amount may be charged at an additional fee.

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive the right to use the delivered product for your own personal or server use.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own creation.
• I retain the right to display the work in a portfolio or showcase context unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Source files (e.g. code, project files) are only provided if this was part of the original agreement.

Professional and respectful communication is expected throughout the ordering process.

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language will result in immediate order cancellation with no refund.
• Chargebacks filed in bad faith will result in a permanent ban from future orders.
• Attempting to pressure or rush work beyond the agreed timeline may result in order cancellation.

Either party may cancel an order. The terms of any refund depend on the stage of work at the time of cancellation (see Section 3).

• To cancel, contact me via the same Discord DM used for the original order.
• I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, with a proportional refund issued for incomplete work.
• Repeated cancellations may affect your ability to place future orders.

This is a personal service operated by a single individual. It is not affiliated with Discord, Mojang, Rockstar Games, or any other company whose products may be referenced in product names.

I make no guarantees regarding uptime, ongoing support beyond delivery, or compatibility with future third-party platform updates.
